Join Remote Sales is the #1 recruiting firm in the United States specializing in placing remote sales representatives with brand-name employers. We connect motivated individuals — regardless of prior experience — with top insurance and financial services companies offering 100% remote, commission-based roles. We provide everything from licensing support and mentorship to AI-powered career coaching with Sandy Beach.

No prior sales experience is required. Many of our most successful placed reps came from completely unrelated backgrounds — teaching, retail, customer service, and more. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, and the willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to get you ready to close your first deal.

The majority of our employer partners operate in the life insurance and supplemental health insurance space. You may sell products such as term life, whole life, mortgage protection, final expense, and supplemental health plans (like accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity policies). These are products real families need — and your role is to educate and serve them.

For most states, the insurance licensing process takes between 2 and 6 weeks from start to finish, depending on your state's requirements and how quickly you can complete the pre-licensing coursework and schedule your exam. We provide study materials, exam prep guidance, and mentor support to help you pass on the first try. Some positions allow you to start training before you are fully licensed.

Many of our employer partners require an insurance license. If you don't have one yet, don't worry — we provide study materials, exam prep resources, and mentorship to help you get licensed quickly. Some positions don't require a license to start.

In commission-based roles, your income is directly tied to your sales performance. There is typically no base salary, but your earning potential is uncapped. The more effort and skill you put in, the more you earn. Many of our top reps out-earn traditional salaried positions.

Yes. All positions we recruit for are fully remote. You can work from anywhere in the United States with a reliable internet connection. You set your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Simply click 'Apply Now' and fill out our quick application. It takes less than 5 minutes. You can also talk to Sandy Beach, our AI career coach, who will guide you through the process and help determine the best fit for your background.

We don't disappear after you get placed. You'll have access to ongoing mentorship, weekly training calls, a community of fellow reps, and continuous skill-building resources to help you grow and succeed.

Absolutely not. Our services are 100% free to candidates. We are compensated by our employer partners when we successfully match qualified candidates. You will never be asked to pay a fee at any point.

No. You are never asked to recruit others. You sell insurance products to customers — that's it. This is legitimate sales employment with real employers, not a membership scheme.

Mastering Remote Job Interviews

Mastering Remote Job Interviews

  • Test your camera, microphone, and internet connection at least 30 minutes before the interview.

  • Choose a clean, well-lit background — natural light from the front works best.

  • Dress professionally from head to toe; it sets your mental state even if only your top is on screen.

  • Make eye contact by looking into the camera lens, not at the interviewer's face on screen.

  • Have a copy of your resume, the job description, and your notes nearby but off-camera.

  • Prepare 2–3 concise stories that demonstrate your work ethic, resilience, and results.

  • Follow up with a thank-you email within 24 hours referencing a specific topic from the conversation.

Building a Standout Resume

  • Lead with a 2–3 sentence professional summary that matches the role you are applying for.

  • Use numbers wherever possible — percentages, revenue figures, team sizes, call volumes.

  • Tailor your resume to each employer by mirroring keywords from their job posting.

  • Keep it to one page unless you have 10+ years of directly relevant experience.

  • List skills relevant to remote sales: communication, self-management, CRM tools, follow-up.

  • Include any licenses, certifications, or relevant coursework even if in progress.

  • Have Sandy Beach review your resume — she will give you personalized, honest feedback.
