Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Join Remote Sales website (joinremotesales.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AJF Financial Group LLC and Join Sales Recruiting LLC (collectively, "Join Remote Sales," "we," "us," or "our"), registered in the State of New Jersey, with offices at 181 Long Hill Rd, Little Falls, NJ 07424. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Join Remote Sales provides recruiting and placement services connecting job seekers ("Candidates") with independently owned insurance agencies and financial services firms ("Employer Partners"). Our services include: • Candidate application intake and screening • Career coaching through Sandy Beach, our AI-powered career assistant • Resume review and interview preparation resources • Licensing guidance and exam preparation resources • Matching and referral of Candidates to Employer Partners • Career development content, tips, and educational materials Join Remote Sales is a recruiting intermediary. We are not an employer of placed candidates. Employment relationships are formed directly between Candidates and Employer Partners. We do not guarantee placement, employment, or any specific level of earnings.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be legally authorized to work in the United States • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application and any communications with us • Not have been previously removed from our platform for violation of these Terms By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel applications at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

Join Remote Sales charges no fees to Candidates at any stage of the application, interview, licensing, or placement process. Our services are entirely free to job seekers. We are compensated by Employer Partners upon the successful placement of qualified Candidates. If any representative of Join Remote Sales requests payment from a Candidate for any reason, this constitutes a violation of our policies. As a Candidate using our services, you agree to: • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your application and all communications • Not misrepresent your qualifications, employment history, or credentials • Notify us promptly if any information you have provided changes • Respond to communications from our team and from Employer Partners in a timely and professional manner • Maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared with you during the application or onboarding process • Conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with Employer Partners to whom we refer you • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing insurance licensing and sales activities • Not use our services to solicit other candidates or engage in competing recruiting activities Breach of any of the above responsibilities may result in removal from our platform and notification to relevant Employer Partners.

Many positions available through our Employer Partner network require candidates to obtain and maintain a state insurance license. By engaging with our services and exploring licensed insurance sales roles, you acknowledge that: • Obtaining an insurance license requires passing a state-administered examination • Licensing requirements, exam content, fees, and timelines vary by state • We provide educational resources and guidance, but we are not a licensed training institution and do not guarantee exam passage • It is your responsibility to comply with all state licensing requirements applicable to the jurisdiction(s) in which you intend to sell • Maintaining a license in good standing is a continuing obligation and your sole responsibility • Any failure to obtain or maintain a license may disqualify you from certain positions Join Remote Sales is not a licensed insurance agency and does not appoint agents. Appointments are made directly by Employer Partners and/or the insurance carriers with which they are contracted.

The positions available through our network are commission-based. We make no guarantees regarding earnings, income levels, or employment continuity. Past earnings of agents in our network are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not a representation of what you may earn. Your earnings will depend entirely on your individual sales performance, the products you sell, market conditions, employer-specific compensation structures, and other factors. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that: • Commission-based sales roles typically carry no guaranteed base salary • Income may be variable, unpredictable, and not guaranteed • You are responsible for understanding the compensation structure of any position before accepting an offer • Join Remote Sales is not responsible for any income outcomes following placement

All content on the Join Remote Sales website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of Join Remote Sales or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or exploit any content from our website without our express prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use of our content for your own career development is permitted, provided you do not remove any copyright notices. Sandy Beach, our AI career coach, is a proprietary tool of Join Remote Sales. Conversations with Sandy are subject to our Privacy Policy and may be used to improve our services in anonymized form.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that: • Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components • Any information provided through our services, including career advice, licensing guidance, or employer information, is accurate, complete, or current • Any particular position will be available at any given time • Placement will result in employment or any specific employment outcome Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Join Remote Sales and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred dollars ($100) or (b) the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which in most cases will be zero, as our services are free to candidates). This limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and Join Remote Sales.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Join Remote Sales, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of our services or violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right • Any misrepresentation made by you in your application or communications with us or Employer Partners • Any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of our services and these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Passaic County, New Jersey. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to: • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct toward our team or Employer Partners • Actions that damage the reputation or business interests of Join Remote Sales Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
